Testimonials

My name is Joseph Mastrosimone and at 19 years of age I weighed 255 lbs. I wanted to enlist in the Army but was told by my recruiter that I needed to lose 45lbs. before they would accept me. I thought to myself, “No way can I do this”. I don’t exercise at all so I was ready to give up my dream. Having to lose 45lbs. seemed impossible. My mom had been working out at B2B Fitness Boot Camp in Corona and told me she would sign me up with her to help me lose the weight. My first 2 weeks were tough. But with the help of Heather Haynes - the boot camp instructor and the encouragement from my mom and all the other boot campers that worked out along side me, I did it. In 3 ½ months I lost 45 lbs. I enlisted in July of 2010 and graduated from BCT in September. B2B Fitness Boot Camp also gave me the conditioning I needed to get me through the basic training and graduate .Without the help of B2B Fitness Boot Camp I would not have been able to pass their PT Test in the 9 weeks of training given. Thank You Heather and B2B Fitness Boot Camp for helping me lose the weight I needed to reach my goal. I am now fulfilling my dream as a U.S. Army Soldier.

I have completed 3 boot camp sessions with Kelly. I joined to lose weight and build upper body strength. By the end of the 2nd week, I could tell that I was stronger and it has only increased since then. Recently I took a yoga class and was amazed by the strength in my arms and core. Thanks Kelly!

I am closing in (rapidly) on 62 years old. I have had a love/hate relationship with exercise and a totally LOVE reltationship with cooking and food. After a month with Kelly, and I could only manage three days a week with my schedule, I am stronger (I can actually plank AND do more than ten push-ups) and I have enjoyed EVERY minute of it. She is a motivator without nagging, cares about YOU and what YOU can do comfortably and yet somehow, mysteriously, I'm thinking about taking the 8 pound weights that are all dusty in my garage because the five pound ones feel "too light." Her motto "Fit Happens" is certainly true with me...I'm getting there and having fun doing it.
