What is B2B FITNESS BOOT CAMPS for Women? A 4-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling & motivational training provided by Certified Trainer and fitness expert, Kelly Mac and her INSTRUCTORS.

What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, short distance running, lunges, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, obstacle courses, PAR course, push-ups and more!

How often will we meet?
Campers will meet every Monday through Friday for all locations but Corona, at morning BOOT CAMPS or Monday through Thursday for the evening BOOT CAMPS for one hour during the 4-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. ( Corona will have morning BOOT CAMPS Mon-Thursday only)

What do I need to bring?
A thick exercise mat (not a yoga mat), hand weights (5-8 lbs for women.), water bottle, running shoes, and a stability ball . You can purchase hand weights at any Target or Sporting Goods Store, and running shoes at RoadRunner 24291 Avenida De La CarlotaLaguna Hills, CA 92653 (949) 855-9252 or a reputable running shoe store.

Why should I participate?
You should make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem! B2B FITNESS BOOT CAMP exercises include programs designed to: Increase your cardiovascular endurance firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat, increase strength and stamina. By losing fat, gaining muscle and increasing your cardiovascular endurance, you’ll lose inches and gain strength — and you‘ll look and feel better. In addition, you’ll meet great people who share your same goals for acquiring a healthier mind and body. What is the cost (investment in me)? Each 4-week B2B Fitness Boot camp has a registration fee of $230, for 5 days per week, that’s 20 hours of instruction! It averages out to just $11.50 per hour. Where else can you get premiere fitness instruction for that incredible price?

We are now accepting pre-registration for the next B2B Fitness Boot Camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your instructor to the start of camp the first week of camp.

Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. However, we will charge a $75.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable.
