Ditch those Mommy jeans and get back to your pre-pregnancy figure! Mommy & Me Boot Camp is a great way for new and veteran moms (or grandma's) to work out with their child (or grandchild). Bring your stroller (jogger if you have one), 5 lb weights, work out mat, and a bottle of water. We suggest a hat or sunblock for both you and your baby. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start class on time! We include core conditioning, short distance running, lunges, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, obstacle courses, push ups, and more! This is how Mommy's do boot camp!
What is Mommy & Me?
Mommy & Me is a 4-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling & motivational training provided by Certified Trainer and fitness expert, Kelly Mac and her staff. It is geared towards new moms so that they can work out with their babies. We include core conditioning, short distance running, lunges, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, obstacle courses, push ups, and more! This is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Please get doctor's permission before starting this or any other exercise program.
What do I need?
You, your baby and the stroller. Just about any kind of stroller will do so long as it's not prone to tipping. Please bring 5 lb weights, a thick mat for our ground exercises, a hat or sunblock for both you and your baby, and a water bottle. You can purchase hand weights at any Target or sporting goods store, and running shoes at Road Runner or a reputable running shoe store.

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

How old does my baby have to be?
We recommend waiting until your baby is at least 6 weeks of age to begin class. We've found that children up to age 2-3 years old tend to do best in this type of setting. (enjoy being in the stroller for an hour) Always get your doctor's permission before starting this or any other kind of exercise program.
What do I do if my baby gets fussy?
Our first priority is the happiness of your baby. Tend to your baby first. Because we stop every few minutes for different training exercises, you can always catch up with us if you get behind. Our instructors will do their very best to make the class enjoyable for both you and your baby!
Post Partum Policy
You must be a minimum of 6 weeks post partum to attend Mommy & Me Boot Camp classes. For c-section deliveries, you must be a minimum of 8 weeks post partum to attend Mommy & Me Boot Camp classes.
